I guide you to shine brightly in your life and specialize in a conscious integrative approach using IFS, EMDR, Somatic, and Transpersonal therapies to help others illuminate the world within. Aglow means to "light up within." You can radiate a brighter brilliance by seamlessly integrating ancient wisdom and evidence-based treatments.

My offerings encompass mainly training and clinical consultation with a limited number of counseling clients. I am inspired to create presence, sacredness, and conscious tools in all that I do to help heal as many wounded hearts as possible. This journey involves reuniting with our core Self and honoring each person's innate wisdom and gifts.

As an International Trainer, IFS-Institute Clinical Consultant, and Evergreen-approved EMDR & IFS Consultant, my expertise extends into complex trauma, dissociation, and beyond.

EMDR therapy is an evidence-based and gentle approach recognized for its bilateral stimulation (BLS) used in reprocessing traumatic memories. However, EMDR is a robust therapeutic model that extends beyond common misperceptions. EMDR addresses the past, present, and future to alleviate unwanted symptoms and distress from haunting past experiences.

 

The result? A newfound sense of clarity, a deeper connection with oneself, and relief from present symptoms.​ The journey through EMDR unfolds across eight phases, offering numerous protocols tailored to your unique needs. Yoga as Therapy

Yoga as therapy is a wholistic approach that unites breath, mindfulness, philosophy, and movement to support healing on every level—body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in ancient wisdom and backed by modern neuroscience, it extends beyond physical postures, integrating breathwork (pranayama), guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and self-inquiry to restore balance and wholeness.

At its core, yoga practices recognize the Pancha Kosha model or the five sheaths (layers) of existence:

  • Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body) addresses the outermost layer through movement (asana), stretching, and strengthening, releasing stored tension and cultivating stability.

  • Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body) – Breathwork (pranayama) regulates the nervous system and vital life force, bridging the conscious and subconscious mind.

  • Manomaya Kosha (Mental-Emotional Body) – Mindfulness, self-inquiry, and guided practices support emotional healing and nervous system regulation.

  • Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Body) – Guided meditation and inner reflective practices cultivate insight, intuition, and deeper awareness beyond habitual thought patterns.

  • Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Body): Yoga Nidra and deep states of relaxation allow access to profound rest, connection to the Self, and integration of all layers.
