  1. Trauma Healing: Trauma therapy recognizes that fragmented aspects of ourselves often result from past traumatic experiences. By creating a safe space to explore and process these traumas, individuals can gradually reintegrate lost fragments of their being. This process fosters healing and empowers individuals to reclaim their innate wholeness.

  2. Internal Family Systems (IFS): IFS posits that our psyche is comprised of different "parts," each with its own thoughts, feelings, and motivations.
